On June 23, at 10:00 am, 25 school children of Abkhazia schools will visit “Lomisi” and LLC “Barambo.” The children will have an opportunity to get familiar with the major technologies utilized by these brands and their importance for the economic growth of the country.

With the initiative of the Sport and Youth Affairs Division of the Ministry of Education and Culture of A/R of Abkhazia, tournament in mini-football has been started in the stadium “Irao.” The tournament will engage the Ministries under the Government of A/R of Abkhazia.

On June 10, 2011, charity exhibition of school children from Abkhazia Public School #11 has been held in Art Gallery of Zugdidi with the support of the Young National Movement Party and and Zugdidi City Municipality.

On June 9, 2011, Abkhazia Public School #2 has held a special event dedicated to the 300th Anniversary of Mikhail Lomonosov – famous encyclopedist , polymath, scientist and writer, who made important contributions to literature, education, and science.

On June 6, 2011, at 13:30 pm, 30 teachers and 20 parents from Abkhazia Public Schools will be involved in the training session “Modern Instructional Strategies of Inclusive Education.” The trainings will be conducted in the office of the NGO “Tanadgoma” (Uznadze Str., #68) with the support of the Ministry of Education and Culture of A/R of Abkhazia.
