There are several sources to obtain information from the Ministry of Education and Culture of A/R of Abkhazia (MECA):

Through the hot line, you can obtain information of the ongoing and planned activities of the MECA in the fields of education, culture and sport.

2. Ministry’s Secretariat. Phone/Fax: (995 32) 95 07 52 

Through contacting Ministry’s Secretariat, you can arrange a meeting with the Minister or other representatives of the MECA.

3. “Questions & Answers” section in the website

In this section, you can find answers to the frequently asked questions (FAQs) such as how to restore previous job experience, recognition of education for IDP students, information about the usage of different privileges/exceptions for IDP students.

4. In order to obtain information, you can also send an email to the official e-mail address of the MECA at: info@meca.gove.ge. Through email, you can also send questions, comments and suggestions.
