Eka Khoperia, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Supreme Council of the A/R of Abkhazia for her active state, national and civic position, for her fruitful work and special contribution in the field of Education and Culture, ensuring the objective information over the problems of Abkhazia.
Tamaz Khubua, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and Nugzar Mgaloblishvili, Chairman of the Committee on International Relations, Education and Culture gave the diploma to the Minister.
